5 Best Ways to Keep Your Skin Healthy

To get the desired skin, you must learn to take care proper care of it. Inspite of various measures and products, we fail to give it the best care it needs. So, here are some tips for a healthy skin.
1. Moisturize:

The truth is every skin type needs to be moisturized. There are different types of moisturizers for every skin type be it oily or dry. All you need to do is find the right one and stick to the daily regime.

2.  Keep hydrated:

Drink plenty of water. At least 8 glasses of water a day. Keep yourself hydrated specially in the winters when you don’t feel thirsty.

3. Eat and drink healthy:

Your eating and drinking habits can effect your skin and body in various ways. Eat in right quantities and eat healthy everyday.

4. Be sun ready:

Always carry sunscreen whenever you are out in the sun. Use the ones that give you good protection for long hours.

5. Indulge in healthy sports:

    I’m all about water, I try to drink 90 ounces a day! Also, I know that working out is good for you but I didn’t know it was good for your skin!

    My skin is bee sensitive but I try to swim a lot and eat healthy too…also drink lots of water :)x

    I always have trouble with my skin as it is acne prone, oily and scarred, not to mention sensitive. I definitely need to have a better beauty routine x

    hydration is key! I also agree with always being sun ready, i always keep zinc oxide on me and a visor haha!

    I combine tip 1 and tip 2 by applying a moisturizer with SPF in it in the mornings. There’s nothing more important than keeping your skin protected from the sun!

    Great tips, there are definitely times when drinking lots of water helps, especially in the summers. Moisturising is key and so vital to keep the skin hydrated and supple too.

    Great tips. I am very guilty of not drinking enough and as a result my skin really suffers. It feels very dry and dehydrated, I need to try harder to eat and drink better!
