🌸 Here is a list of 10 things you CAN control:
1. Your beliefs, attitude, thoughts and perspective.
2. The types of people you surround yourself with.
3. How honest you are.
4. How often you practice gratitude.
5. The amount of effort you put into something.
6. How often you say “I love you” and “Thank You”.
7. What types of food you eat and how often you do physical activities to stay healthy.
8. Whether or not you ask for help and whether or not you help others.
9. What you think of yourself.
10. How many times you find joy and smile throughout your day!

I could continue this list for hours because we have more power than most of us believe. Don’t let others control your feelings, your beliefs, your day, and your future. Take control of what you can (which is a whole lot) and let go of all the other non-controllable things! 🤟🏾
