Forno de Minas – Brazilian Cheese Rolls

Daily Affirmations

I enjoy having friends come to my apartment for snack, drinks, and great conversation. Majority of my friend group are also bloggers. It’s important for me to serve photo-friendly snacks because I know they will all want to take pictures for their Instagram. In our times of getting together I have noticed with my friends if there is wine and bread then everyone is happy!

I thought it would be fun to have a Brazilian night with Brazilian coffee, treats, and bread!  With every “girl’s night” I never want to be slaving over the kitchen; I also want something easy to make so that I can spend quality time with my girls.

Tonight I decided to serve these tasty Brazilian cheese rolls by Forno de Minas. They are a simple five step creation: 1. Take them out of the freezer. 2. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees 3. Place cheese rolls on pan and into the oven 4. Let the cheese rolls cook for 5 minutes. 5. Take out and serve. It’s simple as that! I served my cheese rolls with Doce De Leite which is like a carmel/chocolate spread and I also served Predilecta’s Goiabada Cascão which is a yummy Brazilian dessert. I also served Brazilian nuts to give everyone a salty and sweet savory taste.

We had such a great time with each other and everyone raved over the Forno de Minas Brazilian cheese rolls. I will definitely be serving them again soon. I really want to try their other products like their pies and waffles. This brand makes a variety of tasty products they you must try!

Thanks for reading, everyone! Comment below – What do you like to serve your friends when they come and visit? Have you/would you try these Brazilian cheese rolls?

I’ve heard so much about these Brazilian cheese puffs. Apparently they are incredibly easy to make from scratch and are gluten free, as they’re made with tapioca flour I believe? Anyway, maybe I’ll get busy and make some…
